Hi Diary,

Day 80...whoop whoop naughty day!

Feeling much better today, could be a combination of not working and finally able to relax.

Firstly karate killed me on thursday...with feeling so rubbish and my service user the same spent the whole lesson supporting his arms, head and whatever...freeking dead weight is a killer!

Swimming on Friday was good...I even managed to speak to MIss hog the pool (through gritted teeth) We were late due to traffic and she left not long after we got in...must try that again!

Arrived back at work and had a row with another staff member...she hadn't been filling in her paperwork for the shift...looked at me like I was a piece of s**t when I told her it must be done.Found out from another member off staff(who speaks south african) she was heard to be saying "let all the white b*****s deal with it and laughed...well this totally wound me up and I was gunning for her......Womble may be in a disciplinary when she gets back....oh well!

Fallen out with my bestie too....but thats not my fault.

On a positive note have my brother and family round for dinner tomorrow. Have hopefully done a good job........meat marinating as we speak...he loves coming round for food as wifie doesn't cook real food!

Have had some gambling thoughts today but my HP dealt with it swiftly...did buy lottery ticket though....I personally don't count that.

Have had a real job to post lately,don't know if was due to being sick or what?

Womble.....trying to get in holiday mode!

Change always creates turbulance...if you are around conflict it means somethings shifting...

Truthfully I am always suspicious of neat transitions from hell ..its a process and that process involves a certain death of the old self and behaviours which is always painful and also causes conflict with those closest to us ..

Can't even tell you who I look like....only to say that a few years ago I went quite under weight and had longer hair and people used to say I was the spit of Linda Barker that one from that decorating show whos now doing some splash diving programme.

They said I had the same mannerisms and voice aswell..God I hope not...shes way too screechy..plus i have brown eyes.. lol

Bit worried by your post the other day - karate killed me - is this some new form of self mutilation I have not heard about.

Amazing how many people on here are having trouble with a******** at work at the moment, I'm sure it will be sorted on your return, no way she should say that to you.

Anyhow forget all that for now and chill as the kids would say.

Well done on reaching and surpassing yet another noughty day :)! I think you are attacking this in exactly the right way and rightly remain a hugely popular lady on this site.

You are currently putting me to shame on the exercise front and I wouldn't mind borrowing some of your get up and go if there's any spare lol!

life sounds good at the moment, so pleased for you.

Food for thought around anonimity. I am happy to offload on here as much as I need to and with close friends and family, but do worry that if any of the kids I work with were to read about me in this depth I would lose my credibilty. May well change this view as diary progresses, we will see.

I do gain a great deal from your's and other peoples openess and honesty.
