So here i am again.6 years ago i joined here and its been a rollercoaster of gambling and recovery then gambling again.
I want to stop and i could if i made some changes.Giving up access to money is something ive never done and i need to do this to help me stop.I ban myself from everywhere but always manage to find a way in.I dont gamble on line very often and have gamban on my phone.
I dont gamble everyday but always lise everything when i do.
This wont be easy the urges will be hard but i can get through them one day at a time
I will be debt free in 5 years but if i carry on i will always be in debt stressed anxious and unhappy
