Ok Here Again
Will I ever learn my lesson. Just lost 2k in the last two days. A mixture of online poker and betting at the bookies. I am a complete tool. I worked so hard for that money, then just gave it to the greedy booky so easy. Im such an addict I dont even look at form or read the paper, I just stick random bets on random horses, well this s**t has to stop before I loose all my hard earned cash. I think it is linked to my deepresion. Its a big escape when I gamble. Well ive had enough of it now at this stage. Hopefully I can kick this dreadful habit for good.

March 2015 - 2k euros gambling binge on the bookies
Octorer 2014 - 1.5k gambling binge at the bookies
April 2014 - 2.5k binge at the bookies
August 2013 - 3.5k binge at casino
Feb 2013 - 3.5k binge at the casino.
1999 - 2013 40k lost in the bookies
