Having relapsed 8 days ago, i am now 7days GF again. As per usual i had a massive urge during the weekend with the football being on all weekend. After overcoming that i now have money in the bank and am able to save up for another busy weekend. I feel great about my progress and will do this. I have realised recently how easy it can be to fall back into the trap of gambling again and finding it hard to get out of that hole that makes you feel so horrible. So every time I have the urge i think of GamCare and having to start back at 0Days GF and i stop myself really difficutly but i stop myself which is the most important thing.
Well done on 8 days mate,I can relate to you about the football and the weekend betting I unfortunately couldn't make it through the weekend and had to bet on the football on Saturday,I've woken up and smelled the coffee though and finally came to realise that il never get my money back,here's to no more relapses and getting through the weekends without betting,good luck mate
