45 days for me 🙂 . looking forward to a gamble free xmas. i got a good feeling about this time at recovery. I took a whole different mindset and my life has been amazing the last few weeks.

urges are still there. they were last night but not as strong, and i can control them.

Very happy to wake up on boxing day, gamble free for nearly two months and alot more relaxed.

9 weeks since my last bet and i have come so far. I have made a pledge not to gamble in 2017 and i am determined to give it my best shot. If i continue as i am, i really think this could be the year my life changes for the better

Hi there, those days are ticking along nicely for you so well done! Are you doing anything else in particular to aid in your recovery? i.e. counselling, GA, blocking software, self exclusion etc

All the best
