i have had counselling in the past and whilst i found it helpful the biggest thing im finding at the moment is removing gambling and filling my time with healthier hobbies!, gym, writing, seeing friends, looking after myself.. all the things i didnt do when i was gambling

Brilliant to read how well you've done! I'm only on day 19 but its the longest stretch I've ever gone without gambling and the first time I have actively tried to stop, your posts give me hope that I can continue too!
