No right or wrong way in beating this vile addiction...bit like peeling a spud really...some use a peeler. ...some use a knife....either way spud gets peeled ! Result !

Love the way you put that. Was at counselling today and they more or less said the same do what you have to do for your own recovery, feeling positive today and as you say nearly another day racked up

Oh lordie 10 weeks tomorrow gamble free...well chuffed with that solid foundation...weird...just can't imagine playing those slots now....anyway foundations need to be built on ....so I will keep building those days up....keep coming here and Continue to keep my guard up x
