Just over 6 week's since my last relapse. I'm in a good place at the moment. Let's just say for now it's a truce.
I've not been watching much sport tbh I'm not really interested in it at the minute. I check my teams results that's all I need

Running has really helped my mood I can start off a bit moody but when I'm finished it gives me a nice buzz.
I write down my times daily and try and chop seconds off each day. It's amazing how much your stamina can change in 2 weeks
The only negative is having to freeze my ankles with spray to run.

In lighter news I should make the latter chat tonight. To top up on the boxing news, recipes,
And my favourite thing's you make with water. You have to be there to appreciate it

Bloody wooos ! , wish I could spray my hips to walk , I lay awake at night dreaming of being able to spray my ankles to run :)) LOL ! , I am actually trying to work on improving my times as well ( getting out of bed and putting my socks on ) I'm down to 17 minutes at the moment , yeah , go me !!!

Don't do chat , so no idea what your on about there but I'm glad your in a good place old buddy , you suffer enough hardship as it is spraying your ankles ?

I have actually tried it mate but it didn't do much so I tried the superstrength stuff called " Cryogenically frozen for men " but still wouldn't cut the mustard although it did make me "dooda " a bit brittle ! . It's not nice you scaring the missus like that well not unless you up the insurance a bit first ? , My son once had all his mates over from school for a halloween night and me being me hid behind a black curtain all dressed up like Freddie krugger the whole shabang and my ex was reading them a scary story while they were all sat around in a circle on the floor and at the appropriate moment I shot out of the curtain screaming and hollering , youv'e never seen 11 kids trying to crawl away from something accross Laminate flooring and not being able to get a grip on anything , funniest thing I;ve ever seen and I couldn't stiop crying for hours , unlike the kids who were still having nightmares 2 years later :((

Pain's rubbish mate and I know all about it , did the same with my knee about 6 yrs ago training for the great south run , 2 weeks before the race I tore my tendon and had 2 ops on it over a year , running was never the same again , plus the old hips now mean its a no no for me :((>.

I know you said your workink 7 days a week upto xmas which just adds to the preassure to get well soon eh , be nice to see youa round here a bit more spreading gthe love or just unmasking people ?.

Just noticed your post from last night asking me " What's the weight of a good fillet between 9 or 10 oz " ? I'd guess from your question and in my professional capacity 9 1/2 I would say ? Unless you were asking me is a good fillet size between 9 and 10 oz , as a test ? then I'd conccur :)). Unless you'd been smoking those funny cigarettes of course :))
