Week 11.
Finally got back to the runner this week it improves my mood greatly. It's a great feeling of accomplishment when you finish
A 10k something I imagined I couldn't do. I now try and do it every night as I'm trying to lose 2 stone. The bad news is I've burned the motor out tonight 🙁
Although I actually laughed to the wife I've finally beat a machine lol
We've only had it 35 day's so I emailed the seller for a replacement. Failing that I'll buy a new one. As I've only been spending 3 quid a week since I stopped gambaling (crazy?)
Anyway the joy it brings me and my wife is worth every penny.
It's just great to not feel angry with everything anymore.

I had to laugh when you said who keep's a 6ft box :)) I've got a 7 ft one that the xmas tree came in about 5yrs ago but I suppose that's different as its packed away every year ? . It's a wonder the company didn'y say " Well Sir ! , You wern't meant to run on it " ! I once had apair of shoes that came apart and was politely told " You aren't suppose to wear them in the rain " :((
