Thanks gt after so long not gambling I have let myself down badly I won't let it beat me because I did come so far just so sad I have to start all over again.
How after so long and just taking the opportunity when I really didn't need to I had money I didn't need to win anymore.
Appreciate your comments.
Starting over

Hey no more,

You have had a blip, you don't have to say anything, we all know how it feels.

The important thing is you are staying with your recovery, and this outweighs any blip.

We are all on here no matter how many days, months, even years we are only that one step, away from slipping.

You dabbled your toes and you did not like the after affect, time now to strengthen your resolve even more, we cannot leave the tiniest of gaps open, it's just not worth it, the only way we win our lives back is by abstaining and maintaining.

Your recovery is still soo much stronger than your blip, keep hold of that, hold your head up high, and keep moving forwards.

Well done for getting straight back up, and don't be hard on yourself, because your recovery does outweigh your mere slip, and that is all it was.

Starting over together 🙂 I put a smile because we came so far and we can do it again. All of the positivity we racked up with our gf days doesn't have to go to waste. We've reminded ourselves how bad things once were but we survived and beat it for some time.

All is not lost. Onwards and upwards x

You never left your recovery, don't think what day it might have been now, and yes hey ho roll on day 4 :))

Well done again for getting straight back up, (just a suggestion let this hideous addiction beat you) and give recovery the chance to let you win , that addiction will hate that.
