Right need to start a new diary thought I had this beat but I guess not , making today day 1 I once did 500 days obviously need to take 1 say at a time and deny myself access tomorrow and never let my guard down
Wow.... 500 days is some result! I'm at day 28 today and that must be nearly a record for me!
I know if doesn't keep your gamble free days rolling but I'm sure in a 500 day gamble free period you have made some some serious changes and enjoyed spending money wisely??

Day 2 onwards and upwards, need to stay on guard and make sure i have no access to money, need to stay strong for my family
Day 4 mustn't ever gamble again easy when I don't bring any money so keep it that way , never think you can gamble again because you can't control it
Keep on keeping on John... every day is an opportunity of new you, embrace it and witness how life can only change for the better if you keep abstaining and maintaining ☺

10 days gamble free , must not have access to money as that is the only way to deal with this, stay calm and do not gamble 🙂
15 days gamble free, never ever gamble again not even a pound, make sure to never have access to money
Day 38 stay and strong and never gamble again never have access to money and think of the family
65 days strong felt a few urges to gamble, must remember I can't win because I can't stop and have no money with me, never think that I can gamble again
103 days is amazing don't waste it by gambling resist the urges
Right lost 300 pound need to start again need to be strong deny myself access to my bank card always and remember the triangle system
Think you need to re evaluate John and add to your barriers.
You have done fantastically well for so long yet it's obvious through your posts yyou are stopping from gambling but not dealing with the issues surrounding why your struggling if that makes sense. I notice you could maybe post more and get your thoughts out there. This helped me in the past.
