Just seen your post on my thread and as you’re in the same position as me and probably a lot more on here you’ve come to the right place to help each other. Join GamBan immediately to suspend you’re account for 5 years as it will remove tempatation to gamble. I have huge anxiety too and there’s no worse feeling the moment of realisation of what you have done the moment after you’ve gambled all you’re wages. Anxiety goes through the roof doesn’t it? Please remain on the forums, read success stories and ritualise you writing on this time next year when you’re in a better place. Remain positive and hopeful 🙂

Yeah it's awful! I've banned myself for 5 years and this is the first step for me. It's been two days and I already feel better.
