So after struggling with this for years it's my time to give up.
I'm sick of having no money and no sleep because I've blew all my wages in an hour and wondering how I'm going to pay my bills.
I will overcome this and I will beat this.
There are only two good times to give up. One was after your first bet and the second is right now. It generally does not get better.

Join GamBan immediately to suspend you’re account for 5 years as it will remove tempatation to gamble. I have huge anxiety too and there’s no worse feeling the moment of realisation of what you have done the moment after you’ve gambled all you’re wages. Anxiety goes through the roof doesn’t it?
