Keep going Malc.

For boredom I suggest creating a bucket list. Things large and small unlikely and achieveable. There are so many more things to life than gambling. Our time here is precious so try and fulfill some hopes and dreams.

So one mortgage application has been refused due to my gambling!!!!! This might prove harder than I thought, my current mortgage provider has said they will do it at a higher rate nae the best but will need to do just now. There is another option but I am not going down that road just now.

Anyway day 20 today and still no sign of gambling.

Stay strong stay G/f

Bad news about the re-mortgage but stay positive, in a year or so if you can stay gamble free you will be in a much stronger position and probably have many more options to entertain. Remember you cannot ever win gambling and each day you don't gamble you are a day wealthier in wallet and mind.

Keep going mate, don't let this knockback affect your positive strides.

So is playing the demo games online still gambling, not that I have but was sitting here today and was thinking I could have a shot of the demo games online, but then I thought we it is still gambling the function is the same just not real money.

Anyway thought lasted about 1 minute then decided it was a bad idea.

Friday thank god.

I would say anything that fires up the brain in that context is a risk mate

Right day 24 and another weekend over even got paid today and have no urges to gamble only to pay off my debt which I have already done this morning.

Had a strange weekend counselling on Friday afternoon then got asked to leave my sisters house with my little boy on Sunday the joys of family.

Anyway stay strong stay G/f
