It seems like you are really taking charge. This is good as you are setting the foundations to really set yourself at the best chance of rebuilding your life. Just remember how far you've come - almost a month now and you have this amazing chance by reducing all your bills and outgoings you can start fresh as all your monthly outgoings are going to be new amounts this month, a real chance to push forward and stick to being GF.

Good luck with today.

But gambling in itself is not an illness - what it IS is a symptom of a deeper unhappiness in your life. Understand that, and the need to gamble becomes easier to handle.

Keep it going Malkie almost 30 days . Take it from someone who gave up smoking a couple of years ago - once you get past the first few days it's all in your head - the cravings , the urges it's very much linked to gambling . It's all mental . You doing well trying to give up one addiction let alone two . Crossing my fingers for you 🙂

So this Sense program for self excluding from Casino's all over britian, I haev email them 4 times now and never got a reply, does the program work? do I have the right email address?

http://www.playingsafe.org.uk/sense / [email protected]

Anyway I will keep trying, problem being hopefully by the end of the month I will have everything sorted and free cash and I still am unsure if I can trust myself, one of the biggest things us gamblers need to be able to trust ourselfs first before we can expect anyone else to trust us. Treat others as you want to be treated.
