Congratulations on your excellent progress battling to get your life back on track. The only advice I would give is to be always on your guard and alert to the danger that is never far away. I love your "one day at a time" philosophy and the positive attitude you have.

Been preoccupied past week with getting kids settled back into school and back into a routine so not been on much. Still doing OK tho thankyou. How are things with you, work ok?

Yes, I did think of you this weekend getting your kids ready for school. Has it all gone ok? Work has been ok thanks. It’s been nice getting back into a routine again. Although I was grateful for the weekend after a tiring week haha! X
