Hi Guys,

So about a year a go i confronted my addiction fully and realized i had an issue. I started making changes and then all of a sudden after months of work i fell back into the trap. As months past i finally hit the point of i cant do this gambling anymore its killing me inside. I currently have a small debt which is hanging over me and my losses arent making me feel great. Its been 5 days and i know its going to be hard. Barclays now have an option on mobile banking to block everything related to gambling even to ATM at casinos. I would recommend you guys get this feature turned on ASAP or check your bank if you can do it. I will keep dropping in on the forum to update and speak to you guys. We can do this.

It's this trap I'm battling against for the first time since I stopped.

Be aware every day and remind yourself of the misery it caused.

I remember the last £40 bet I had and the pain it caused.it helped
