Hi all,

Just posting to celebrate my 1 year of no gambling on the 09/11/19.

It has been a year of ups and downs I guess, but no gambling.  Paid off my debts, and now studying for a career change.

As I think I have said before, but not sure, but the best help for me has been Gamstop.  Knowing that I can't easily go and gamble has made it easier for sure.  Eventually I stopped needing to, and now its just a niggle at the back of my mind every now and again.

Looking forward to the next year!

Matt

Great stuff! 1 year is an amazing achievement.

As a compulsive gambler myself I’ve managed to stay away from gambling now for 35 days gradually now these niggles of wanting to gamble in my mind are becoming less frequent.

Keep it going, best of luck for your future.
