I've hit 6 months people!

The longest I have ever legitimately quit gambling in my whole life

Im 36 and I started at 17/18

If I could offer any advice for aspiring quitters it's this...

"just for today, i won't gamble"

I read that on this forum and I've done it for 183 days straight

You can do this

One day at a time

Love you all

Six months without rolling the dice – you're basically a superhero now! The fact that you're dishing out wisdom too? Legendary. "Just for today, I won't gamble" – that's the mantra of a true rockstar. Keep slaying those days, one at a time. Love right back atcha!

Well done Dj, what an achievement my friend.

Keep going, you're on the right track.

What do you say? Oh yeah, I can hear you - "ODAAT" 😀

Take care and all the best.

Hi

It is very healthy to be able to abstain from your unhealthy habit.

For me the recovery program was a life saver choice.

It took me over twenty to learn how to abstain then my recovery really kciked.

As we exchange our unhealthy habits in to healthy habits we achiv our needs our wants and then on to achieving more goals in our life.

My addictions were not just unhealthy but they inhibted me from achieveing so much more in my life.

Stick with your recovery you deserve it.

Love peace adn healing in your life.
