Hello guys. Never posted for a while and wanted a quick chat as I feel ok but kind of failed. When I first joined I was getting worse and worse by the week at gambling it all came to a halt when I ended up spending 800 quid in an instant win site. Anyways since then life had been amazing didn’t gamble for ages family life is better and I feel best I have ever felt. But I have had a few relapses if you can call it that. I went out with friends just before Christmas and ended up putting 20 pound in a fruit machine in the club and lost. Since new year I bought a couple of scratch cards at shop and ended up winning 40 pound. Last week I also won money from Irish lottery from a syndicate at work. I’m not spending much on gambling basicly nothing but have won some money and don’t know how I feel about it. Is the odd scratch card every couple of month ok and the 2 quid a week I spend at work on lottery? I’m a total different person now and better off but am I just a gamble still with the small amounts I do? I’m confused as if a little is ok or I should just stop completely. Sorry for the long rabble guy good luck and thanks for listening

To be bluntly, gambling is gambling.. be it a lottery ticket, scratch card or fruit machine. The risk of falling into the addiction of gambling more and more winning or losing doesn’t help you recover what’s so ever.

stop gambling completely is the only way to real freedom.
