Yes I completed it a few months ago and I can highly recommend it. The only thing I would recommend is that I took my time doing it. I didn't do it all in one go and let each topic settle in. It's not something to rush so I took my time and got the most I could out of it.

I'm sure you know that we can't fix all our problems in one day. We also need to keep working on them over time to ensure we don't fall back

Thanks Stuart, I am going to take my time.  I want everything to sink in and take small steps.  Sometimes I want things to change quickly, things to go for perfection and whe I fail, I give up. I am starting to understand now about taking one step at a time and thinking of today only.

I am going to do the course but take one section each week and practice it.

That sounds like a good plan. Can I ask and no need to reply if you don't want to. How long did you gamble for and what did you mainly gamble on ? Are you female or male not that it matters and what sort of age range are you ? I'm male and 56 and gambled for 44 years. Just helps in terms of knowing what to say when you have a bit of history, but not a problem if you don't want to say
