Hi guys. I have been busy with my life, and havent been on here for some time. I just hope everyone is well . I have stayed gamble free now for 193 day. No urges to gamble. I also stopped thinking about how much I have lost and I am finally not dwelling on my losses. With the time passing I feel better and better.
