✅ Final Calculation
\(300+188+65+25+250+477+172+30+150+2=1659\text{\ kcal}\)
The total calorie content for your combined meals, snacks, and beverages equals exactly 1,659 calories.

Hi mate

Congratulations on 3333 posts. That's incredible dedication to your recovery and others. You are such a beacon on the site and keep pushing forward so others can gain strength and know it's possible. You have been such a big part in my recovery and I thank you for being a true friend mate.

This is said with love and no judgement but maybe keep an eye on the diet situation. You don't want to be fixated on that and leads to another addiction potentially harming your health. I've been there mate so just throwing out a hand. I'm sure you are ok and just looking to drop a few pounds

Hi Adam, just read through your diary again this morning.  How lovely and proud you must of felt when the scales showed you were below 90KG.  Well done also on your savings!

This morning I am going to set myself some small goals, achievable and realistic and break them down like you do.  You have inspired me to keep going after a couple of difficult months.

Thanks to you, Stuart, Anne, Johnny, Taz and Jenny last night on the chat room, I feel much brighter this morning.  Thanks for your diary!

Kylie.

Hi kylie thanks for popping by and filling me with confidence......

Today for me is payday.......  One which nowadays is filled with planning for it into many sensible things in order to progess myself.

I should also get an extra 50 pounds from a bank account for putting my salary into that account for two months (brilliant i say).........  That 50 can go towards my pre order of gta6 that i paid for a couple of days ago.

Ive worked out i should be able to save 700 this month towards money owed....... Its adding up each month and i know itll only take one gamble to destroy all these savings but im determined not to.

Today is a significant gamble free day number being 2400...... 24 centuries later ive gone from a good golf score, to good cricket score to a year in the futture with soo many days.....

Many have said aim for 2500 but i was aiming for this magical number 2400...

im on holiday at the moment and felt a bit down last night and guilty for some reason like id done something wrong? now i couldnt for the life of me think what id done wrong but instead went to bed early and woke feeling better.....

Diet going great still, making some great choices....... and the steps going well too in the background...... not been to gym for a while with my treadmill in my lounge doing its job.

Another couple of holiday days have passed........ ive had a lovely couple.......  Woke up yesturday and went to a national trust place with my mum...... then got a coffee...... watched footy too late...... then this morning was going to go to my sisters but hadnt slept much so went back to bed and slept till 3pm......  then went to waitrose got coffee and some chicken kyevs...... then done 1.8kilometres on my treadmill ,,,,, then had a bath....then went gym...... ended up on 10800 steps today which for a holiday day i think is pretty good...

Update on my diet ....... its going amazing.... now yesturday i had a bit of icecream and two packs of monster munch...... however this is the only bad day ive had all month.....

When i set myself a goal i go all in,,,,,, full steam......ahead towards it.....with this in mind the jelly is great......the watermelon even better......noodles great...... ive managed to have two slices of bread max a day...... and for the majority of days over last seven days ive only had one slice..... or none..... then eating mash and carrots with most to every meal i think is really helping.......

So today i looked at myself in the mirror and boy has my stumach reduced in size..... i almost have a flat stumach now....... im at 30 percent body fat now...... slightly overweight...... the weights not coming off on scales recently but the look definitely is......

  • Milk (50g): \(\sim 32 \text{ kcal}\)
  • Overnight oats (50g): \(\sim 194 \text{ kcal}\)
  • Waitrose Essential Chicken Kiev (1 Kiev): \(187 \text{ kcal}\)
  • Potato (50g): \(43 \text{ kcal}\)
  • Carrot (50g): \(21 \text{ kcal}\)
  • Can of Jack Daniel's & Coke Zero (330ml): \(89 \text{ kcal}\)
