Will this ever get better?? just 2 days in and I fell off the band wagon humph..... This time ive used a blocker to stop any form of gambling on-line that's got work I hope!
this time is different though I am telling someone not keeping it to myself, still have that gut wrenching mass of guilt,anger and self pity but I have to try and be patient.
When you stop gambling and the "fog" clears you see the damage you've done to yourself and others. Hard to take but it gets better.
Thank you for taking the time to write I'm really looking forward to the fog clearing that dizzy whirl of confusion ect to be a thing of the past.

if you keep gambling or finding ways to bet
but it can get better
