Many of you will already know my story. 
10 years out reckless out of control gambling of 250k losses. Multiple loans, credit cards and remortgages along the way with 43k of debt. 

I am 47 days gamble free today, probably in the top 5 of my longest stint of quitting. Earlier last year I managed 200 days before going on a massive binge. 

I have promised myself a gamble free 2026. No more borrowing or losses will set me up to finally bringing down the debt and the ending this awful addiction forever. 

Keep believing everyone.
