Hi all it s 5 days since I stoped, and I’m scared and exited at the same time.  I feel like this may be the time it happens for good.  This is a great platform and have really benefited from all the support here.  Thanks Mike

Im 5 days in too and i feel the same... ive set goals and im really wanting to get these goals. You should do the same hun.

Hello Mike - I'm currently 24 days in. It's great that you're excited and enthusiastic. So am I! I too feel like this is the time that I stop gambling. Put the blocks in place, put your mind elsewhere, gambling will slowly come to your mind less and less. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply it means a lot everyone replying.

thanks yeh I have done the online gam stop and have started to up my exercise to keep me busy.  The home schooling also seems to be helping keep me busy
