it’s 5 days since Saturday and I’ve been here before and succeeded. 10 years ago I stopped for 3 years then I started back due to stress I suppose. I release from the norm.
I feel like I am ok at the moment but wanted to ask people’s advise. I watch a lot of poker players And casino streamers on twitch. I have been watching them since Saturday! But still not gambled ! What do people suggest should I ditch watching these also ?

I promise that I'm not trying to be flippant here but as is often the case with this type of question, the fact that you are asking the question probably explains what you are feeling about whether you should watch or not! I would humbly suggest that deep down you suspect you probably shouldn't be watching gamblers on twitch.
