Hi everyone
My name is James and as of 11.30 tonight I will not have gambled for 4 days. It has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do to admit I have a problem and I am on the brink of losing everything I love in this world. I have a wife and young girl who mean everything to me but I still could not find a way to get out of the cycle of betting. I do mot want to calculate the amounts I have lost but I have exhausted all available money along the way. I just want to stop now. I know I have a lot to offer this world and I could not ask for a better support network and I owe it to them to get through this. I am determined to do it but I need support.

Hi James - Well done for being so positive about recovering from this awful gambling blight. You have come to a good place - plenty of support and encouragement here.
You also have the best of incentives - your wife and daughter - in them you will have a reason to fight for a better life for all of you, free from the destruction that gambling can cause.
If you read the stories here you will see that lives are turned around from despair and sadness. You can do it too!
