I'm proud to be here with you all, as we are all trying to be better. I've had a terrible time as a compulsive gambler (as well as some highs) and I am ready to get my life back and put this behind me.

I was very surprised myself when I started to read the stories on how They all rang a bell with me I could relate to
The answer to that is we are all gamblers on here and we all want to stop
We cannot win because we cannot stop
There is a triangle on this forum MONEY TIME LOCATION I you take one away it is impossible to gamble and it does help
Don't rush forward as I know we want tomorrow today take one day at a time it really is the only way to go in the end
I wish you well on your new journey and you will get lots of support on here so use it to abstain
