Short and sweet ! Almost 3 years ago I was driven to the airport by my brother, I said goodbye, he said nothing. I had to leave the US for London as I had burned all my bridges with everyone.

I had robbed/ stolen/ borrowed from family/ friends etc just to gamble and they wanted to see the back of me. 3 years on and gamble free I now live in Dublin. I talk to my brother a few times a week via skype, I have just bought a house and all my family are coming over to see me next March.

Things really do get better even if it seems c**P right now. Any Questions, just ask.

Andy

Reading your post has really brightened my evening mate its nice to hear about the light at the end of the tunnel :).

A few questions juat out of curiosity. Did you gamble at all whilst u were in the states?, what made you choose to go to the states specifically and do the rest of your family speak to you now?

Sorry for all the questions btw I love hearing people's back stories 🙂
