Just wanted to throw a topic outhere 'complete success' Is achieving a gamble free life forever going forward actually achievable. I am doubting my ability to achieve this goal, which is what I want. I have tried on many many occasions to refrain from gambling full -stop, but it just creeps up and bites me time and time and time again. I have had many 12 week sessions with counsellors, and I know myself better now than I did 10 years ago, but I just can't resist trying to make that easy money on roulette. I know for me it has become out of control again and I must stop, I want to stop, but an easy £20.00 just gets me time after time. Thoughts ?

It definitely is but you have to want to do it. Once you have those days, weeks, months, years under your belt it gets easier and easier. I am 34 days away from a year and feel amazing! How far in are you? X

When u say easy money you must lose every now and again right ? I've been having the same problem lately. I have only been playing for 3months. I'd probably say I've won more than I've lost but at a very high risk of losing everything I have. I'd stop playing for a day or two and then pick the phone(app) up again

Yes its possible, but it then depends how addicted you are. There is a lot more help out there which you may need to use.

Focus on what really matters to you. Your family and friends, for example. They should be your reason to quit.
