I am 29 and have a problem too, mine is machines in bookies rather than football, but I use to do pretty much everything. I have now been clean for a few days.
Your sums are ridiculous; with sums like those you have the potential to get yourself in real big trouble so it’s good that you have taken steps to help yourself. Telling someone everything has helped me.
I love football too; my life would be poorer without it, so rather than watch I try to play more. You can’t gamble on five aside (well I hope you can’t) so I if watching is your trigger then at least paly more.
