I’ve been here before albeit the last two years I have “controlled” my gambling to a lesser degree of losses.
2016 around the Euro 2016 era lost about 10K through gambling then 2017 I’d say another 2/3 and 2018 4K.
Yesterday was my biggest loss in a single game, losing 3K on what I thought was a guaranteed winner.
I felt numb but also relieved in some respects as I know I’m not going back again.
I have just signed up to GamStop..which I didn’t know even existed. This should be the block in place that will now prevent me gambling online. I’ve got no interest in walking into a bookies and gambling so this GamStop block is perfect for me.
Back on day 1 but feeling positive.
