hello everyone, I am back on here after a serious lapse, I was made redundant at the beginning of April and received a decent pay off, but 6 weeks later I am plotless and unfortunately jobless, I tried daily deposit limits and various other control measures but know deep down total abstinence is the only thing that can work for me and most compulsive gamblers, I hope to be posting something more positive soon, in the meantime I'll log in to gamcare every day and read all your stories and take heart from the success of a lot of you, thanks
Hi Albion welcome back. Not easy to keep coming back but you must be doing it for a reason. I could give you all the advise on blocks counselling,GA but you've had it all before.
Let's hope this is the one that aticka and you beat it once and for all and this is you last day 1.
Just having a quick scan of your other diaries you seemed to do well when you updating regularly so that could be a starting place. What else are you going to do blocks wise and for support remember nothing changes if nothing changes.

yeah I intend to update regularly because i did find that very useful, I'm going to try the one on one counselling again and have self excluded all my online accounts, hopefully I can get back into work Asap because all the free time has been a key factor in this relapse, I can't win because I can't stop, thanks for your reply

I'm a lot better today thanks put a few measures in place so it's gonna be difficult to place a bet even when the urge raises it's ugly head, your right betting gone through the roof these last few years it's an epidemic now
