I wantes to say hi amd look for support online ,
I just carnt stop with the fobt in the bookies, as hard as i try i just keep goong back , i know there rigged , i know its a waste of time and money and i just carnt stop .
I have now got myself into arpund 12k worth of debt throigh loans and overdrafts and am struggling to see a way out of this pattern
Any help and tips would be great guys
