as I was due to shut down my beloved favourite website for good last night I decided to have one final blowout. To the tune of 920 to be exact. I couldn't have felt worse when I woke up today. The only plus side is that I have closed the account and it's taught me a huge lesson. I've also got new 900 payday loan to stay with me through the year for just one night of madness. I feel mentally drained. Enough is enough. I've started a Stepchange debt management plan which is due to be sent of this week. Time to start repaying and start living again. I've done this to myself too many times now. NEW YEAR and new rules. good luck all xxx
Hi there,
I sense that you realise this is a 'line in the sand' and you've got to stop gambling forever, because you're on a train to misery if you continue.
Nows the time to get off and turn this round..
My suggestion would be to phone Gamcare and ask them for details of software you can install that will prevent you from joining any online casinos.
Then I would install it and throw away the password (make it one you wouldn't remember).
You need to urgently consider counselling or meetings; you are seriously addicted as I am sure you recognise.
Now is the time to dust yourself down and take action. We on these forums wish you well and keep writing and asking for advice and support!
How come after all of your previous threads and having apparently had the relief of fessing up, you're still able to freely play your favourite website?
On the basis that nothing changes if nothing changes, what's going to change this time?

How can it be your favourite website if it does that to you? As others have said you need to get blocking software in place immediately and limit access to money
Hi, you have to make sure you have blocks in place so that you cannot do that again or else you will be in exactly the same place only more debt in 2018. Your never going to win wether it be favourite website, bookies machine etc., they are all set up to draw you in and take your money. Get your life back, don't gamble and stick to it you will feel better, best wishes x
