It's very common to go through periods of very difficult days.  Ironically, these are the days that we may not want to speak with anyone, but it's when we take that active step of seeking support that helps us the most.

Hi @lrw50,

I remember thinking that I couldn't do it either.  We are not in the right mindset when struggling with gambling harms.

All I can say is that although I have a different recovery pathway these days, GA definitely helps and can be a great opportunity to meet and connect with like minded individuals who have similar stories to ourselves.

Don't rule it out as it could be the best decision you have ever made.
