I'll do a proper intro in a few days, I just wanted to say Hello and confirm my commitment to beating this terrible terrible addiction. I have Gamstopped today (3rd time lucky...) and I've also got Gamban on my phone. The problem with Gamban alone is I just used my work phone to access sites. The impulsivity/ control this has over me is absolutely ludicrous and I need to beat it.
The sadness is I actually really enjoy it, but I can't control it - why me? Why can't I ppace a few bets and have a good time without £25 becoming £500 in a day and a crazy feeling of guilt and failure?
Anyway, I need to do better and fix this before its too late, I've already lost 5 years of my life to this along with a lot of money.

Would work allow you to install gamban on your work phone and laptop ? I would be surprised if they won't.
One thing I know, I used to be a cucumber and a lost control and crossed the line so I got pickled. When I became a pickle, it doesn't matter how much I want or try, I can't go back to being a cucumber.
