Am sarah a 32 year old single mum. My break through come the other day when i broke down and realised how much money ive lost gambling. I made contact with gamcare through live chat and only just done my 2nd chat session.

You will need to put some blocks in place to help with gambling issues.
Online gambling you can download blocking software.
Phone gambling. Trade phone in for a non internet model.
Bookies. Self exclusion.
One of the things people talk about is breaking your triangle of time/money/location. Without one of those you cannot gamble.
