Hi guys and gals ok so im a gambling addict whos now trying to break free!

so my last gamble was on boxing day I done £300 was only tryig to help pay the mrs credit card back for her but ended up brain turning off and fingers on the repeat button so chased and lost 200 more.

I told my feincee today and my mum that im going to be attending gamblers anonymous as im a gambing addict! It wasn't for the fact id lost more money yet again its because im seriously pee'd off with gambling and loosing money.dont get me wrong my yearly financial statement was showing up id cleared over £100k through my bank not bad considering im on min wage and only doing 39hrs a week without overtime lol.bad bit was looking and seeing id say 80k went back into the bookies/online casino!

Ooops almost started my diary here so removed and will start in the correct section.

Thanks cade its mostly just steps I read on here to get the ball rolling and done it before I joined up its thankГџ to all the others who have shared their experiences that im off to a flying start.keeping busy and breaking gambling thoughts seems to be working well.my real test will be when im back at work and the guys want to go to the bookies.i guess if I speak to them then they may lay off it but I doubt it as they see it as my problem.so guess il have to take packed lunch and flask it for a while no cash means no money to gamble so no point going in to watch someone else ruin their life so il wait in the van for them to finish 🙂
