welcome to the forum im joe we can make this our own little thread where we can talk every day , i got gambling issues as well as others but i find the depth of gambling losses and how quicky , it can desroy u just read some of the stories on here from lost souls , its very hard tho bud , im still gambling

It’ll be beneficial to you to include how long you’ve been gambling, the type of gambling you do (whether online or, at the bookies, or both), how you’ve been managing your urges, and also what kind of help you need from us.
Gamcare can provide advice on strategies and boundaries to help you overcome your gambling problem. We can also refer you to 12 sessions of free counselling if that would help you to stop gambling. We can also sign post you to other organisations if we feel you’ll benefit from their services.
