Today is the first day of the rest of your life, that's what I tell myself, and you can do it. If you stop now, you can turn it all around and you can make amends. Talk and seek help. That is what I am trying to do and although it is early days - 9 in- I feel that whilst I am not yet in a position to say that I am in control, or that my finances are in check, or that I have had that conversation with everyone, I am far better than I was 9 days ago, and I can hold my head up a bit.
