hi guys, I recently started gambling a few weeks back after nearly 3 years without and managed to blow through all my savings in 2 weeks. Hopefully being on here will give me the help I need to stop again and sort myself out

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on your two years plus of gambling abstinence, that is a great achievement and should be recognised. Relapses are often part of the recovery journey and putting practical things in place can help and support you further. Further and sustained abstinence is possible, and sometimes taking some small steps can see your recovery progress. Have you thought about any hobbies or interests that you could do to take the focus away from the gambling. This would add some fulfilment and enjoyment into your recovery.
