Let myself down today by using money in betting account. Wanted to see how i could deal with gambling and the feelings and absolutely hated that feeling again, the nervousness, thoughts in head and being on edge.
Would like to say no money was lost using bonus money but not the point, wish i hadnt done it but know gambling is done for me. Free bets or anything, hated that feeling again and no thrill for me in it anymore, just all negative feelings.
Anyone reading this please dont be tempted in by gambling again, you could easily put yourself in a worse situation.
I lost nothing and and am doing well earning money back towards being debt free by september, still not given bookies money since 8th March and keeping it that way. Today taught me how quickly that could change though if i let it, keep moving forward and not looking back.
