I have been gambling for a number of years and have lost thousands, just cant seem to stop, I say I am not going to gamble anymore, close accounts and always manage to find a new one where I havent self excluded. I cant afford to keep going with this habit, my partner is unaware I have a gambling problem.

The best advice that seems to be given is to tell someone, you may be surprised at how understanding they will be.
