Tomorrow will be first day not gambling. Well I gambled today but stopI ed myself before it got out of hand. Normally I would spend my hole weekend gambling what I shouldn't be, just hoping for a win. Which dosent happen that often. I feel the urge to go on spend some money tell myself last lot of money am going to put on it then end up spending untill its to late. My other half dosent understand when I try and tell him how it feels. After I have gambled and lost, I feel so down and depressed. Thinking to myself why did I do it. So Ihave closed all my online account.
