I'm new to here tonight as well, thankfully I've not got as far as online gambling, just slot machines in the bookies and amusements, I'm sick of it. Hope you find the will power, hope i do to.

been there to! and had a go at the horses. I do the irish lotto but halved what i was spending on it. The slots keep getting me, its so stupid how a machine can rule yor life. I'm 3 days clean and have started to keep a dairy in the dairy section of gamecare. Your braver than me, my girlfriend, family and friends have no idea what i've been upto for the past 7 years, I can't tell anyone. I'm so ashamed that i can't afford to move out my mothers and I'm 37, I lie to my girlfriend when I go missing for hours in front of the machines. Like you, I want the same, I want to stop now. Good luck to, maybe keep a diary in the dairy section?

thanks, at least someone knows of my habit! I did 5 months free but fell off the wagon in July. I'll keep an eye on your progress to, and pop on the site every few days. The weekend is the big test for meand I'm off work for 2 weeks at the end of this week. Start a diary and give yor wife and kids a early christmas present, the present to them is you getting better and help, good luck (-:

My vice is slots,online and in the shops. I feel embarrassed walking in yet I've done it most days this week however the first step is seeking help and your over that first hurdle. I wish you all the best x
