I hope I am posting on correct Forum. I am nearly 50 years old. It is bonkers that I know with wisdom more than ever the effect of gambling. I am also in a better position financially than ever before due to a period of 6 years gamble free. However, within last 2 weeks all the above work been shattered and blown away with reckless horrendous gambling upon sites that i dont even trust or recognise(as the main ones I excluded for life.from). I am turned into a trainwreck just as I was starting to move so seamlessly and disciplined with no gambling. Please communicate with kindness and empathy I am exceptionally low right now

Do you know what has caused you to have a relapse? Work on this moving forwards and dont become complacent.
I have come to terms with the fact its going to be a forever illness ill never recover from completely, but I can help myself live with this.
