Have an important birthday coming up tomorrow for family and I've gambled all my pay which was needed for the party. Don't know how to tell my family as I'm afraid and worried I won't be able to overcome this addiction. Have had help last year but I just can't shake the craving of wanting to gamble. I'm slowly getting around to putting a block on my phone. Are there any free apps? I am also technically minded so I can easily bypass some apps. Need serious help
