Hello I been a gambler for over 10 years, mostly going casinos and slot places

inside I always knew I never had control and believe I took some massive losses daily. I chase a lot and I always feel winning is worse than losing as when you’re winning you’re head never clear as you’re chasing more and feel… free money. But when you’re losing you’re head is so clear as you feel you’re back in touch reality.

now is my time to take serious action to try easing off

could anyone give me tips or examples possibly what made them stop please, would be helpful.

Dear Jayy1503

Thank you for sharing on the Forum,

Well done for reaching out for support and taking action. If/when you feel ready there is a self-exclusions scheme for land-based casinos in the UK here: SENSE: Self Enrolment National Self-Exclusion | Self-exclude From Casinos

And for adult arcades here: Safer Gambling in the UK

Hopefully you will receive some beneficial peer examples.

Best Wishes,

Louise
